For those wishing to be removed, it isn't that hard. See what should be
an early link listed on
https://www.google.com/search?q=team-based+learning+listserv .  Sending a
message to hundreds of people on a listserv when there is a chance no one
can deal with it bothers many to potentially little end (often no one on a
listserv manages that list).

Also, when one is subscribed to a listserv, you should receive an e-mail
on how to unsubscribe. Along with Google, it is really quite
straightforward to get off a listserv.

All this used to be part of "Netiquette."
