One last piece of advice
I gave a 50 minute lunch hour TBL fairly regularly
The point is NOT to teach about TBL, but to excite people to take next steps.....to "read the book" or "take a longer workshops"
Make sure you close with clear instructions about what the next steps are....wave the book around, point them at teambasedlearning.org or maybe point them at a podcast I did a couple of months ago..

I'm glad you replied to my request. I had already listened to your 2007 conference presentation on the web, so I knew you'd be the one to ask about trying to get something done in a hurry (though I don't think you've ever had to do it in 20 minutes-haaaaaaaaaa!).

I'll try a few practice runs with the schedule you suggested and see how it goes.
