On a related issue (this may have been addressed before). Do you allow 
students to look at notes or material between the iRAT and T-RAT? Since 
I allow those who finish early to take break (so they won't talk so much 
in class while others are finishing) and, I can't police the hallways, 
bathrooms or cell phones (some of my student have their textbook 
available on their iPhones) so I don't even try.
