Also, I suspect if grade application exercises they'll end up on sites
like Chegg and Course Hero were students share answers (if students are
not already doing that on campus). One would think they'd be less likely
to share answers if they're not graded. Plus, AEs are typically hard to
write -- why make more work for yourself with new ones each term?
