Hello,
I am a new Clinical Assistant Professor at Iowa State University and am looking at implementing TBL with three nutrition classes in the curriculum, including nutrition across the lifespan, nutrition and health assessment, and foodservice management. Does anyone know of any interactive nutrition books related to these topics that I could use?
