Hi everyone,

If you have acquired your PCI card recently, chances are that some RAM
modules are not populated. In that case, the card is not compatible with
MCE firmware/software and may have subtle failures.

Please check your PCI card to see whether Samsung RAM chips are
installed, they are circled in the attached photo. If not, Dr. Leach has
graciously offered that you can send them back to be populated with RAM
modules. Turn around time is about two weeks and it would be much easier
to do them in one batch as the setup is not trivial.

You can send them to:

Bob Leach

Tel 619-278-0866

Thanks,

Mandana
