The Enterprise List Server will be under maintenance between 19:30 and 20:30 Tuesday Feb 18, 2025. Users will not be able to login during the scheduled window.
All messages sent to the lists will be queued at UBC IT mail relay servers and delivered as soon as the completion of maintenance.
You can set privacy limits on Google docs so only those individuals who you
specify can access the document. You cannot stop those with access from
writing over someone else, but you can view the revision history (under
File) and see who has edited what.
