Hello,

I am in my second year of TBL and am considering making changes to appeal deadlines. Currently, appeals for RATs are due by the end of class and appeals for test questions are due by the end of the day. I am using the IF-AT answer form for team tests, so students should leave the classroom knowing the correct answers. My students have requested a longer time to appeal test questions because they want the opportunity to review test questions and their answers.

I am wondering what the pros and cons would be for extending the deadline, particularly for a large class. My class is currently around 300 students and I have noticed that appeals which are approved tend to show up again as students talk to each other.

Thanks!
Terri
