I don't know blackboard (we are stuck with Vista)
But we use our inhouse peer evaluation software iPeer
It is open source (read free)online peer evaluation system....more
information at http://ipeer.apsc.ubc.ca/home
It allows you to set up evaluations rubric based or simply divide the
money....and get an excel out the back end

Subject: using "Blackboard" for peer evaluations
Hi All,
My University has been encouraging us to use the Blackboard program for
our courses. Has anyone tried using it for online peer evaluations?
I'd really like to move the peer evaluations online this semester, but
I'm not sure how to go about it (technically impaired, you see).
I see that you can create surveys on Blackboard, but I'm not sure if
that's the way to go.
Just think "Blackboard for Dummies" in any responses you make to this
post!
Thanks!
Christine
