Gary, I use CPS Clickers and while I have not found a way to give partial
credit I do use it for both the iRATs and T-RATS. I use the self paced mode
for both. The screen that the student paced mode shows allows me to tell each
student how many they caught correct (I write it on a post it). For the
T-RAT, I assign a single clicker to each team. The test is administered in
student paced mode using the team clickers. The screen also lets me see which
item are missed. So when the team rep brings up their T-RAT, I write the
number correct on the top. Then I find the items they missed (usually less
than 5) and draw a line through the missed item distractor. The ones they get
correct on their first try, they get 50% of the points. I then mark a line
through the remaining missed items. They get one more shot at it. if they get
it correct, they get 25% of the points. If they still missed it. I show then
the correct answer and a quick explanation. I give them the opportunity to
review with their team and discuss the missed items. They usually have
already discussed it and know where they went wrong. Occasionally, they ask
for the appeal form.

I hope this helps.
