I'd encourage you (and all the newer TBLers) to check out the FAQ's on www.teambasedlearning.org. Your specific question is at least partially answered by querstion #15 of the "How To's". In addition, you are also likely to find information on other issues as well. I would also add that I recommend that 1/2 to 2/3 of the RAT questions are above the recognition level of Bloom's taxonomy and that I try to create RATs that yield individual scores in the low to mid 70's and team scores above 90.
