To echo others, in a word, you are not alone! Almost to the end of
my/our college's initial supply of the gold wringers after about 2.5
years and I have more duds than scratchers. Luckily, with distributed
video conferencing locations being the teams, myself and each remote
facilitator/proctor have been resorting to vocal feedback when they
are too old to scratch.
