Call for Proposals for sessions, papers, and posters
The deadline for ICLS 2014 in Boulder, Colorado is November 8, 2013. We want to encourage submissions from all communities of scholars, especially those engaged in research related to the ICLS 2014 theme: “Learning and Becoming in Practice.” The call for proposals and link to the submission site can be found here:

Our coordinating committee has developed a number of resources to help people develop proposals related to the theme. These include recordings of webinars on how to prepare a paper, poster or session proposal for ICLS and papers recommended by keynote speakers related to their planned talks. Call for Workshop Proposals
ICLS 2014 invites submissions for half- or full- day pre-conference workshops to take place on June 23-24, 2014 in Boulder, Colorado USA. The goal of the pre-conference workshops is to provide an opportunity for extended networking, discussion, and collaboration around contemporary issues of scholarly interest in the Learning Sciences. Call for Early Career Workshop or Doctoral Consortium
ATTENTION: Early career scholars and advanced doctoral students: Apply for the ICLS 2014 Early Career Workshop or Doctoral Consortium. These pre-conference workshops (June 23-24, 2014) have supported attendees to network with international scholars, to develop stronger research programs, and to work closely with senior mentors from the learning sciences community. Invited Sessions
We are also pleased to announce that we have recruited organizers for Invited Sessions from eight different countries. The invited sessions develop the conference theme, focusing on such topics as Reinventing Higher Education, Teachers as Designers, Learning and Becoming through Making and Participatory Media, Research-Practice Partnerships with Communities and Schools, and Children Becoming Collaborators.
