Hi Mark,

Jim Sibley has a bunch of materials that are very helpful for such workshops at learntbl.ca.

I have had faculty members examine the 4-page handout as prep because I have found that colleagues don't prep much for such things. The TBL Primer at that link is pretty easy reading and very useful if you have more motivated participants.
