Tom,
The COM at UTHSC has developed two TBLs that you might be interested in. The first is on Autonomy and Informed Consent the second End of Life Issues. We have only done one run through with each and have many planned changes. Do you have specific questions? Our materials are not ready for prime time but we are glad to help.
