I should say we ran iPeer for IT support free year...with no major
problems.....it just made me so nervous....that I had no one at all to call
if something went amiss
With the campus system we probably have a couple of small things a semester
that requires IT to step in...seems mostly to be around get the results out
of iPeer and not the student experience
The only big issue we had last semester was that the results when you
viewed them in iPeer were complete...and when you downloaded them...they
were incomplete....it was resolved in less then an hour...but did require an
IT person...this only for some reason involved one course
