Hi TBL enthusiasts,
I am trying TBL for the first time this fall in my veterinary clinical
pathology course. We are having a wonderful experience and I am
realizing the great power of these techniques. It is now about time to
get the students ready for a trial peer evaluation for team
maintenance. I found the forms on the Website to facilitate this
process and am getting prepared to distribute them. However, I am
concerned with the enormity of the logistics in getting everyone
appropriate feedback from their team members (there are 106 students in
my course and I don't have a TA). It seems that it is valuable to give
the students the feedback from their team members concerning their
helpful and not so helpful behaviors. Has anyone partially automated
this process using WebCT or a similar computer aided method? Are there
any other ways of facilitating this process?
