Colleagues,
I just spoke with the conference hotel and was told that--while our room blocks are officially full--there is still enough room in the hotel that they can extend the $139/night rate for now.
As the event approaches and the hotel fills up, they may need to start charging the full rate ($249) but we are not there yet.
If you try to do make your reservations over the web, it will tell you our blocks our full, so make your reservations BY PHONE today! :-)
